CMC and its affiliates, with officially registered trade names through the Colorado Secretary of State, do not request (unless for a clearly stated purpose such as payment and scheduling), share, sell nor disclose information unless required by law or statute.

This notice provides the CMC Privacy Policy regarding the nature, purpose, use and sharing of any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected via this website. CMC is registered and identified in this and other documents as Choice Mediation (CM). All CMC affiliates have registered trade names with the Colorado Secretary of State and are registered as BBSIB; Beyond Borders Bilingual Mediation; and Beyond Borders, Solutions for International Business, Inc. (registered S Corp, January 1, 2022).

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices when you provide PII to us, whether collected online or offline, or when you visit us online to browse, obtain information or conduct a transaction. PII may include your name, email, mailing and/or home address, phone numbers or other information that identifies you personally. We do not require you to register or provide personal information to visit our website (www.ChoiceMeddiation.Co.com) or to process payment for services.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
As a general rule, Choice Mediation Colorado does not collect PII about you when you visit our website, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Submitting PII through this website is voluntary. When you conduct a transaction on our website, such as processing payment for services, we receive, collect and store any information you entered (except credit card numbers and personal or business financial information) on the CMC website. In addition, we collect the IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login, email address, password, computer and connection information and purchase or payment history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect name, email, password, payment details (including the last 4 numbers on the credit card), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations and personal profile.

By providing this information, you are giving CMC your permission to use the information for the stated purpose. However, not providing certain information may result in Beyond Borders Mediation’s inability to provide you with the service you desire. If you choose to provide us with PII on the CMC website (www.ChoiceMeddiation.Co.com) through such methods as completing a web form, sending us an email or processing payment for services, we will use that information to help us provide you the information or service you have requested or to respond to your message. The information we may receive from you varies based on what you do when visiting our site.

Generally, the information requested by CMC will be used to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, to respond to your inquiry, or to provide you with the service you request, which includes scheduling service and payments through Lawpay, a third-party application.

Storage, Use and Disclosure of Information
Choice Mediation Colorado is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Payments are processed through Lawpay.com applications. Wix.com and Lawpay.com provide us with the online platform that allows us to process payments and sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com and Lawpay.com data storage, databases and the general Wix.com and Lawpay.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and Lawpay.com and used by CMC adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our company, store applications and service providers.
