Parties can start the mediation process before filling your case with the court.

It gives the parties higher control over planning, decision making, as well as extended mediation time to research, and prepare to evaluate alternatives and options in the interest of trying to reach mutual agreements.​

It underscores the parties' self-determination, decision making, and outcomes that are relevant and meaningful to both parties. ​​

Normal Work Hour Schedules 

9:30 AM | 1:30 PM 

Monday - Friday

Cost: ODR Judicial Fees / 2-Hour Mediation

Alternative Schedules 

5:00 PM | 7:00 PM

Monday & Wednesday

Cost: Domestic Relations $200 per party / 2-Hour Mediation
